Rules For Payment Of Various Fees

School Fees and Payment Policy

1. Annual School Dues/Fees

   • Annual school dues (fees other than monthly tuition fees) cover twelve calendar months and must be paid at the beginning of the academic session.

   • No part payment of annual dues is allowed.

2. Quarterly Tuition Fees

   • Parents and guardians are requested to pay tuition fees quarterly (fees for three months at a time) in advance.

   • No quarterly tuition fees will be collected from students whose annual school dues have not been cleared.

3. Monthly Tuition Fees Payment & Discounts

   • Monthly tuition fees may be paid for the entire year (twelve months) in advance.

   • Parents/students paying before 15th April (or within 15 days of annual result publication) are eligible for a 10% discount.

   • Payments made between 16th and 30th April (or between the 16th and 30th day of result publication) will receive a 5% discount.

   • No cash discount will be allowed after the above dates.

4. Revision of Fees

   • The school management reserves the right to revise annual dues, monthly tuition fees, bus fare, and computer fees without prior notice, considering exigencies and operational requirements.

5. Non-Payment Consequences

   • If a student fails to pay fees for two consecutive quarters, their name will be struck off the school register.

6. Door Collection Service

   • In special cases, the school provides a door collection service.

7. Clearing of Arrears

   • All arrear dues (annual fees, quarterly tuition fees, bus fees, computer fees) must be cleared by the 16th of the months: April, July, October, and January.

8. Class X CBSE Board Exam Requirement

   • Students appearing for the Class X CBSE Board Examination must clear all school dues by 10th September of the academic session before filling CBSE annual forms.

9. Receipt of Payment

   • Parents and guardians are requested to insist on a school money receipt for every payment made at the school counter.

   • Receipts should be presented to school authorities in case of any disputes, confusion, or claims regarding fee payments.

     Bus Rule

1. Quarterly Payment

   • Bus fees must be paid at the school counter quarterly, between 1st and 10th of April, July, October, and January of the academic session.

2. Transport Card

   • Students must collect their prepaid Transport Card from the school office after paying the bus fees for the corresponding quarter.

   • No student will be allowed to use the bus without a valid Transport Card.

3. Late Payment Fine

   • Students or parents who fail to pay the bus fees on time will be charged a late fine of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) for each defaulting quarter.

 Computer Fees Rule

Computer education is compulsory for all students from Class I to Class X at Sundargarh Public School. The school is equipped with a well-furnished computer laboratory and a sufficient number of computers to ensure hands-on learning for every student. The curriculum follows the latest CBSE syllabus, providing students with up-to-date knowledge and practical skills in computer science and information technology.

Computer Fees Payment

• Like school fees and bus fees, computer fees are to be paid quarterly at the school office, between 1st and 10th of October and January.

• A late fine of Rs. 25/- (Rupees twenty-five only) will be charged for each quarter from students who fail to pay on time.

• Students must collect their Computer Cards from the school office after making the payment.

• No student will be allowed to attend computer classes without a valid Computer Card.
