Dress Code
Boys: Students must wear the proper school uniform, including a pressed shirt, perfectly tied tie, high-waist pants, polished shoes, and clean socks. Hair should be neat and trimmed; no designs or long hair are permitted.
Girls: Students must wear a clean and pressed uniform. Hair should be styled in two plaits with black rubber bands or tied in a ponytail if short.
Attendance and Discipline
Students with attendance below 75% will not be allowed to appear for the Annual Examination.
Students with 100% attendance and disciplined behavior will be awarded and recognized.
Behavior Monitoring
Yellow and Red warning cards will be issued for repeated indiscipline starting from 1st April 2016. Parents will be informed to take special care if their child repeatedly disrupts classes or engages in mischievous activities. Failure to comply may result in further disciplinary action by the school.
Prohibited Items
Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, scooters, scooties, or bikes to the school campus.
Language Policy
Speaking in English is compulsory on the school campus.
Punctuality
Students who habitually arrive late will not be allowed to attend classes, and parents will be informed.
The main school gate closes at 6:05 AM (morning classes) and 10:00 AM (day classes).
School ID and Diary
Students must bring their school ID and diary to school every day.
Fee Payment
School fees, bus fees, computer fees, and annual dues must be paid within the stipulated period, typically quarterly.
Failure to pay fees for two consecutive quarters will result in the student’s name being struck off the school register.
Authorized Pickup
Only two persons, one of whom must be a parent, are allowed to take the child home during school hours in case of emergency.
School Property
Damaging school property is strictly prohibited. Any student found damaging school property, whether in classrooms or elsewhere on the campus, will face strict disciplinary action.
