Importance of Date of Birth

The date of birth of a student is extremely important, as even a minor error in its entry can lead to long-term complications in education, professional life, and other areas. A student’s academic and career trajectory often depends on the accurate recording of the date of birth in school records and certificates.

Parents are therefore requested to exercise utmost care when providing the date of birth in the admission form and other school documents.

• Once the date of birth is registered in the admission form or school admission register, it cannot be altered under any circumstances.

• A valid birth certificate from a competent authority is mandatory at the time of admission to Nursery, LKG, UKG, or Class I.
